CST is back!

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy is due to begin again on Monday February 13th!

This evidence-based, small group program is designed for those in the mild to moderate stages of dementia or for those who are noticing age-related changes to their memory and would like to be proactive in maintaining their brain health.

Funding for programming has been generously provided by our partners at the Action on Alzheimer's & Dementia Charity #929

New year New Strategy! I’ve been taking some time at the start of 2023 to reset and re-evaluate. It can be overwhelming trying to decide where to invest our limited time and resources where we feel it will have the biggest impact on dementia care services here in Bermuda 🇧🇲 also taking the time to reflect on all that was achieved in the past year! Lots to celebrate but equally much to learn from. NorthStar’s priorities for 2023 will include formalizing caregiver education and support resources, advocacy and leadership at the National level and securing sustainable funding streams for community based dementia care and support services.
