Community Health Nursing provides a holistic approach to Nursing Care for the adult population 18 years and greater.

Nurses provide:

• Health education
• Health promotion
• Wound care
• Medication support
• Adult immunizations
• Advice on Palliative Care,
• Patient & Family Counseling
• Prevention of non-communicable diseases
• Personal Care Services (bathing etc.) are provided short term by our Community Health Workers (Nurses Assistants).
